Plus provide a Comment to the reason for the change (updates Macola's Order Header Comments).  Additionally updates can be based/restricted on the following rules :

• Purchase Order Number
• Item Number

This Application also transmits an email notification automatically to predetermined workflow individuals to provide an awareness that the order has been modified, these individuals can be Outside Sales Organizations, Production Managers, Upper Management etc...

All Macola enhancements support both :  Pervasive "Btrieve" and "Microsoft-SQL" database engines.

The following program was created to offer folks the ability to process Automatically "EDI-210" and "EDI-110" Freight Bills to Macola's A/P Vouchering Processor.

We also capture (when processing the LTL EDI 210 or FedEx EDI 110 transaction set) the company's Internal Bill of Laden Reference Number to provide additional Cross-Referencing.

The program shown above was created for a major edging and high press laminate distributor which needed a "Product Distribution View" for *Elliott Business Software based on sales sold to a particular territory as opposed to sales originating from a particular territory,  This was necessary in order to stock the correct goods for sale based on actual distribution needs.  A report is also generated based on the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Generation Program to aid in the Procurement Processing.
